Before you write
- Order or tracking: include the order number and tracking number
- Return: do not ship anything back until we approve the request
- Wrong color: we do not offer exchanges. Return the item for a refund, then place a new order
- Shipping: Standard Shipping is $6.99, or free on orders $35+. Processing takes 1–2 business days. Transit after shipment is usually 3–5 business days
